Michael Wimpissinger is not only your host, but also a butcher and head chef. He personally prepares all the dishes with his kitchen team, taking special care to use regional products and create the perfect sequence of courses. As part of our gourmet board, you’ll experience what that means every day: authentic dishes made with authentic ingredients.
