Many hikes start right at our doorstep, and we're happy to lend you hiking backpacks and poles.
Zillertal is a true paradise for bikers: with 1,300 kilometres of routes, everyone will find the right tour through stunning mountain scenery. You can rent e-bikes from our partner Sport Stock in Kaltenbach, and we're happy to reserve them for you for the next day. Andrea is a keen e-mountain biker herself and will gladly share her favourite tours.
Golfclub Uderns is only a few kilometres from the Platzlhof and offers an 18-hole course with mountain views. The course suits golfers of all levels. Our reception will be happy to help you book a tee time.
You can buy the Zillertal Activcard directly at our reception. It includes one return trip per day on one of ten cable cars, one visit per day to one of the six outdoor pools in the valley, free use of most buses and the Zillertalbahn railway (except the steam train) and at least 10% off at many partner businesses. The card is available for 3, 6, 9 or 12 consecutive days.
