Andrea has been working at the family-run business for 40 years and handles reservations, bookkeeping, staff management, and, of course, the well-being of her guests on a daily basis. When she has time off, she goes for rides on her e-bike: you can get her personally tested tour recommendations at the front desk.
Michael is a trained butcher and chef. He’s not only responsible for making sure you’re treated to culinary delights every day, but also for keeping everything around the house running smoothly and clean. When he has time off, you’ll find him in the hunting grounds around the “Riederer Hochalm”.
Our parents are now enjoying their well-deserved retirement. Even so, they still actively support us and help out wherever they can. Grandpa Karl takes care of repairs in the rooms, and Grandma Anni helps out in the laundry room on some Saturdays. So they’re both still quite busy, in excellent health, and enjoying their retirement.
