Does the Hotel Platzlhof offer late check-out?
Guests who booked directly with us may use our wellness area on the day of departure until 4:00 p.m., even if they are not staying in a room. Unfortunately, we cannot offer late check-out during the winter. However, you are welcome to store your luggage with us and take a shower before you leave.

Do I have to pay a deposit at the Hotel Platzlhof?
If you have stayed with us before, a deposit is generally not required. For first-time bookings, we require a deposit per room, depending on the season. A deposit is always required for bookings around Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and the New Year. We will provide you with the exact deposit requirements directly in your booking confirmation.

You can pay your hotel bill with us in cash, by debit card, VISA, or Mastercard. We prefer that payment be made the evening before your departure.
How much is the local tax at the Hotel Platzlhof?
The local tax is charged per day and per person aged 15 and older. The current local tax rate is €2.60.
Can I book just breakfast instead of half-board at the Hotel Platzlhof?
Yes, you can also book a room with breakfast through us. If you choose not to have half-board, a corresponding amount will be credited per person per day.

During the winter, free cancellation is available up to 28 days before arrival. Longer cancellation periods apply to bookings around the New Year. After that, tiered cancellation fees apply. In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the trip price will be charged.
