Culinary delights

• Extensive breakfast buffet with many home-made types of bread, warm dishes, different kinds of muesli, fruit salad, tea selection, etc. (in summer from 7:30 am on a small scale, from 8:00 to 10:00 am with all warm dishes, in winter from 7:00 to 10:00 am)
• Daily: fresh salad buffet with different dressings and small starters
• Evening menu - lovingly put together by our kitchen chef Michael and his team: two meat dishes and one vegetarian dish, in summer an additional cold dish (please take dinner from 6:00 to 7.30 pm)
• Skiers' afternoon snack in winter: Monday to Friday 3:00 to 4:30 pm (drinks not included)
• Winter: weekly Tyrolean menu with local specialities and special Italian menu
