• Check-In: from 3 pm; Check-out: til 10 am.
• For non-consumed meals we refund you € 8.00 if you let us know by 10 am in the morning that you will not be having dinner (valid only for direct bookings).
• Two Rosalie Type rooms accessible for guests with impairments.
• Single room surcharge: € 12.00 per day in a Holiday Room Nina, € 18.00 per day in Holiday Rooms Mario or Mona and in Comfort Suite Rosalie.
• In our hotel, dogs are not allowed
• Obligatory surcharge on Christmas Eve € 30.00 per adult (children free of charge) incl. reception aperitif, menu, festive celebration with a small gift.
• Obligatory surcharge on New Year's Eve € 30.00 per adult (children free of charge) incl. reception aperitif, menu, midnight snack, and fireworks.
• We have a Ski pass printer in the house...you save waiting time at the lift ticket offices.

Children's rates in winter:

• up to 2 years: € 7.00 per day
• from 3 to 8 years: 50% reduction of the respective day price
• from 9 to 14 years: 30% reduction of the respective day price
• from 15 years: 10% reduction of the respective day price

In the Family Room Julian children of all ages receive a 30% discount on the daily price. In the Comfort family Suite Rosalie children of all ages receive a 10% discount.

Children's rates in summer:

• up to 2 years: 100% reduction for stays more than 4 days, in all other cases € 7.00 per day
• from 3 to 9 years: 50% reduction of the respective day price
• from 10 to 15 years: 50% reduction of the respective day price
• from 15 years: 10% reduction of the respective day price

Cancellation Conditions

Summer 2023:
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 14 days to 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price. In case of cancellation within the last 6 days before arrival we have to charge you 90% of the travel price. In case of non-arrival or early departure 100% will be charged.

Winter 2023/24:
New Year's Eve and February: up to 28 days before arrival a cancellation is free of charge. From 27 days to 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price. In case of cancellation within the last 6 days before arrival, we have to charge 90% of the travel price. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% will be charged.

January and March 2024: Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From 14 days to 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price. In case of cancellation within the last 6 days before arrival, we have to charge 90% of the travel price. In case of non-arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.

We ask for your understanding that cancellations must be submitted by mail!

Are you insured in case of cancellation at short notice?
From experience, we recommend taking out travel insurance, e.g. through Europäische Reiseversicherung or ADAC, where a corona infection is also insured.

Tip: Please check beforehand whether you are insured against such financial losses: often through a golden credit card for the cardholder alone (note, not for the whole family) or through a premium membership with the ADAC!
We can also recommend the Hotel-Storno-Plus insurance.
